Frulact’s Summer Academy is a challenge launched annually to capture innovative ideas as well as young talents from the academic community.
This year we had 3 winners that proposed innovative and creative ideas that were structured and aligned with the company’s strategy – and won a 4-week internship at our mother ship: Frulact Maia.
MARTHA GONÇALVES from Escola Superior de Biotecnologia of Universidade Católica presented the project “FRUSNACKS – ready fortified meals”, and was followed up by the Research & Technology team.
RAFAELA DIAS of the Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo presented the project “NON-DAIRY OPPORTUNITIES – kefir of canary grass seeds” accompanied also by the Research & Technology team.
PATRÍCIA FARIA of the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro presented the project “NANOTECHNOLOGY – opportunities in the sensory area”, and was followed up by the Marketing team.
