The Frulact Academy project aims at preparing highly qualified people, capable of meeting the demands of customers in our fast-changing markets. There are several initiatives designed to inspire Frulact´s teams and their stakeholders to jointly develop their knowledge, competences and behavioral skills.
One of these actions is SUMMER ACADEMY, which favors the contributions of higher education students, rewarding their creativity with a summer internship at Frulact.
We have just finalised the 2018 Summer Academy!
During 4 weeks, the three winners dedicated themselves to “materializing” their VISION of the FOOD REVOLUTION. And then they were invited to present the prototypes of their winning products to everybody at Frulact Maia! We received great reviews!
