Description
The general objective of the IDfoods – Food System of The Future – Research and Development in Sustainable Agri – Food Systems and Healthy Nutrition project is the national development of products with markedly innovative characteristics that contribute to safer, healthier, more personalized, convenient and sustainable nutrition.
This general objective will be achieved both through the development of new agri-food products (processed and unprocessed) and through technologies and processes that support convenient and personalized nutrition, without forgetting the prevention of food waste (by extending the life of products) and the recovery of end-of-life food products.
